What is injury prevention screening and tracking?
We do quick and easy screens with youth and adults to help them know what they need to work on. We track the variables and then regularly reassess to monitor progress and find other things to improve. Just like building skills in a specific sport, training the body to optimally function takes time and focus in the right areas.
What other benefits are there to screening and tracking?
If we are regularly screening and tracking then if by chance an injury occurs we will have a better idea of what needs to be done to get you back and better than before.
How long does a screen take?
Screens typically take 20-30 minutes

We are currently renting space in a basketball gym in Taylor, Utah. Close to West Haven. Reach out so that we can get you to the right place.
Do you offer team trainings?
Yes, we do injury prevention workshops for all sorts of youth teams. Soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, etc. Reach out for more details. We do some things free of cost!
Can you really prevent injuries?
The short answer is no. There is always a certain threshold where our bodies can’t withstand the forces being placed on them. Our goal is to prevent the injuries that we can by working on mechanics, movement patterns, strength, mobility, etc. to help build the bodies capacity to raise the threshold of stress it can handle.
